Biography
Jacqueline Cooper set up her own Research
Consultancy in 2000, serving Executive Search Firms across the UK.
Her experience encompasses a wide range of industries and functions
and she has developed several long term standing relationships with
her many Clients.
Previously she spent 6 years as Head Of Research
for an independent Research Consultancy conducting assignments across
salary levels of £35,000 to £200,000. She particularly
enjoys working at a senior level as she is adept at quickly building
rapport with potential candidates who appreciate an informed and
intelligent approach. She also has excellent networking skills which
she has found to be most useful when working at this level. Her
membership of the Executive Research Association and adherence to
its Code of Practice provides the ‘seal of approval’.
Her 11 years in Executive Search Research have
been supported by 14 years in Human Resources Management. A number
of these were spent working for Whitbread Plc where she was employed
as an H R Manager and had direct responsibility for Recruitment.
Effective Research offers a personal 1:1 service
to Clients and has an excellent network of professional research
associates to call upon at particularly busy times or when handling
large projects.
