The
Process
- We review the Company profile and raise a
target list of Companies most likely to provide appropriate candidates.
- We then research in detail the relevant Companies
and identify candidates with the skill set and experience demanded
by the position.
- Once the names have been approved, we will
undertake the approaches to potential candidates. These are carried
out with the highest degree of discretion and we have found through
our experience that this is a crucial stage in the process and
we pride ourselves that this is undertaken with the greatest professionalism.
- As soon as a potential candidate is found,
a telephone interview is carried out.
- We pass the details and ultimately the CV’s
to our Clients.
- On completion of the Research Programme we
present a detailed comprehensive report on all suitable candidates
contacted and any important information raised during our research.
- Once all the identified, appropriate names
have been approached within the agreed allocated days and the
research phase is complete, the Client takes over at this stage.
